What’s the job about:
-As a customer support person, you will play a key role in talking to patients to help them find the most suitable doctor along with talking to clinics to manage the booking requests.
-We are looking for someone with stellar communication skills.
What you’ll do:
-Answer incoming customer phone calls and help them find the best doctor and book an appointment for them.
-Communicate with patients through live chats and emails to help them find all the information they desire about doctors or clinics before choosing one to visit.
-Follow up with clinics to help them manage their booking requests.
-Call patients to get their feedback on their appointment experience.
Job requirements:
-Must be Bilingual in English and Arabic. Can speak and write fluently in English and Arabic.
-Excellent communication skills. Must be comfortable speaking on the phone in English and Arabic as the job requires lot of phone calls.
-Ability to work in a highly charged environment without compromising on quality and common-sense.
-You should be organised, detail-oriented, tech savvy and have the ability to multitask.
-Must be based in Qatar.
