MTM Group was founded in 2000, with a vision of establishing high-end fitness facilities internationally. MTM Group was launched with a commitment to deliver the highest standard in fitness, leisure and health living facilities and programs.

We boast a rich portfolio of state-of-the-art high-end gyms across Qatar, with several more set to open over 2018.

What is the Role?

The Fitness Instructor will provide high quality, results focused and professional gym instructing to facilitate people of all ages and varying needs through the delivery of safe and effective appraisals, programs, instruction, education and motivation.

The Fitness Instructor will also ensure the gym floor is free of health and safety hazards.

You will build rapport and maintain professional relationship with both new and existing members

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a tenacious, energetic and motivated Fitness Instructor who is personable and thrives in a high energy gym environment. You will be confident, honest and extremely customer focused. We want you to be a team player, but we also want you to shine on your own. You will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role and hold a Level 1 or Level 2 certificate.
