1) Service Manager
 Must have 5 – 7 yrs of experience in Autoshop.
 Plan staff duty rotations to ensure that servicing and repairs are completed.
 Plan and develop promotional campaigns.
 Contact existing customers when their next scheduled service is due.
 Must ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
 Excellent communication skills with fluency in writing/speaking English and Arabic.

2) Service Advisor
 Must have 3-5 yrs of experience in Autoshop..
 Advice customer concerns and their requirements.
 Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments
 Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
 Translating customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology
 Test-driving vehicles to confirm service repairs ,Estimating the cost and time needed for repairs

3) Customer Service Coordinator:
 Full time Customer Service Coordinator for a busy, well-established business with computer and phone experience needed.
 Process service requests on our computer system in person and over the phone, communicate between customers and technicians regarding work orders,
 Excellent communication skills with fluency in writing/speaking English and Arabic.
 The candidate should have computer experience, and be very pleasant on the phone. QuickBooks is a plus but not necessary.

4) Shop Floor In-charge ( Supervisor )
 Responsible for supervising shop operations; assisting mechanics; scheduling, assigning service, maintenance and repair needs; repairing, servicing and maintaining equipment;
 Preparing and maintaining maintenance records and files.
 Should have 5-10 yrs of experience in same field .

5) Auto Electrician/AC Technician:
The Auto Electrician/AC Technician inspects, repairs and checks the quality of all electrical and AC components of the automobile. All electrical components including electronic complaints, sensor complaints, AC compressors, alternators etc. shall be diagnosed and corrected by the Auto Electrician/AC technician
Should have 5+ yrs of experience in same field.
