4. Ensuring housekeeping, Manage transport
5. Preparing checking ensuring all the bills of the company expenses
6. Manage all the courier, security, store stock, events, and party’s
7. Manage filing, tracking, ticking, MIS, fueling,
8. Hiring office boy, cleaner ,field executive ,driver , guard,helper
9. Manage Amc, Insurance, Lease, And Agreements
10. Answer telephones and Deal with the Customer & Delegation.
11. Meet and greet clients and visitors.
12. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
13. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
14. Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.
15. Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys.
16. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
17. Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
18. Collect and maintain PC inventory.
19. supervision staff in assigned project based work.
