To carry out the following functions :
supervising staff.
agreeing and managing budgets.
planning menus.
guidelines, promoting and marketing the business.
overseeing stock levels.ordering supplies.
making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
assessing and improving profitability
keeping statistical and financial records
handling administration and paperwork

Salary and compensations will be based on experience.
