Respected Sir,
I am Saranya, Engineering Graduate having 5 years experience in Project Coordination and Procurement of electrical ,construction and Facade items.
Currently I am working with Alutec ,Qatar as a Project Coordinator.
My core strengths include; but not limited to the following:
1.Material Coordination and Planning such as Maintaining tracking sheet in excel as per the M.T.O’s,Job orders,etc.
2.Tracking Procurement,Material lead time and expected tracking of arrival.
3.Coordinating with site engineers,Project Managers and Production team.
4. ERP,MS Projects and Microsoft office Package(Excel,word and powerpoint).
5. Project Planning .
My attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills ensure that every project I work on is done accurately and to the highest possible standard. My verbal communication skills and positive attitude make me an effective communicator with all clients I work with.
