URGENTLY HIRING a Tender & Proposal Specialist

We are URGENTLY HIRING a Tender & Proposal Specialist with the following qualifications and able to join immediately, available in Qatar.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and engineering background is preferable.
•  Min. 2 years experiences in tender and/or proposal preparation and administration.
•  Good leadership, presentation, and communication skill.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Strong computer literacy, especially in MS Office.
•  Willing to work extended hours and weekends to meet the submittal deadlines and objectives.
• Can be relied upon company confidential information.

Responsibilities:

•  Lead tender document arrangement process, ensure the accuracy of administration requirement in pre-qualification and tender proposal are complete and correct in accordance with Client’s requirement.
• Prepare Specific Qualification Questionnaire for Clients and checking Pre- Qualification documents (in conjunction with Business and Marketing).
• Present for review by the Bid Manager the Client Proposal documentation prior to review by management.
• Lead peer review of proposal, checking for completeness and accuracy.
•  Prepare and analyze Project Opportunity Knocks for BD Superintendent and BD Manager review.
• In conjunction with BD Manager responsible for continually maintaining and updating the data base of company statistics, work history, company capability information, company association and licenses.
• Ensure that Company are utilizing the latest Government tending procedures.
• Create internal action plan to be reviewed by BD Manager for all pre-qualification.
•  Ensure electronic and hardcopy tender files are maintained in accordance with Company Procedure.
• Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
